Iowa Bass Nation State Tournaments
Iowa B.A.S.S. Nation is the state division of The B.A.S.S. Nation which is a global network of locally organized clubs whose members participate in and support a range of activities. The top two Anglers and Co-Anglers automatically qualify for Nationals. The next ten Anglers and Co-Anglers that placed, will have priority entry into the Regional Qualifier. Three B.A.S.S. Nation Qualifiers from nationals will advance to The Bassmasters Classic.

May 18-19 Iowa Bass Nation will host the first of two State Tournaments at Lake Okoboji for anglers to gain guaranteed entry into 2025 B.A.S.S. Nation Qualifier. Anglers must fish both tournaments with the second tournament set for September 14th and 15th on Mississippi River pool 14, Clinton IA. This is a cumulative points format to establish the IBN team. You must be a current Iowa Bass Nation member to fish these tournaments.

Entry fees - $200 for Anglers and $150 for Co-Anglers. This is a one-time entry fee that pays for both State Tournaments. There will be a $20 buy-in Big Bass pot for both Anglers and Co-Anglers. Pairings are computer generated. Boaters may fish alone if they’re not paired with a non-boater.
Nets are allowed. No Alabama rigs. No mud motors. No tillers. Boat must have a steering wheel, kill switch and divided life well
May 18th & 19 Spring State Tournament - Lake Okoboji
Tournament waters are off limits from 5/12 at sundown until daylight 5/16. You must be off the water on 5/17 at 3 PM.
Oak Hill Outdoors in Milford, will host registration Friday (5/17) from 4 PM - 5:30 PM. Rules and draw at 6 PM.
Launch and weigh in will be at HWY 9 ramp, Spirit Lake,.
This will be a trailered weigh in.
